Customer Advocate:
- Enhance the relationship and value for our existing customer base by managing accounts,
driving new and recurring revenue and initiating sales activity and customer contact.
- Proven computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word and database management.
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of analyzing existing telephone / cell
phone bills.
Computer Network Technician:
- Design, install and support local are networks (LANs) and larger wide area networks
(WANs) for business, education, government and health care institutions.
- Familiarity with computer and networking terminology, protocols and hardware.
- Possess knowledge of necessary software including different operation systems such
as Windows, Novell and UNIX.
- Understand basic network architecture models such as peer to peer and client server.
- Work with little or no direct supervision.
- Formal training (i.e. college credits / degree or other formal extra curricular
schooling / experience necessary.
Voice Technician:
- Proficient in all levels of installing, testing and repairing of telephone and peripheral
equipment, video equipment, paging equipment and network wiring and connectivity.
- Intimate knowledge of various voice and data circuitry, network and Internet telephony
applications, paging and video equipment.
- Work with little or no supervision and have ability to import this knowledge to
other technicians for training purposes.
- Formal training (i.e. college credits / degree or other formal extra curricular
schooling / experience necessary.
Sales Executive
- Responsible for generating new business revenue with local, regional and national
companies by prospecting, preparing and presenting proposals to corporate decision
makers.
- Build interactive relationships followed by an introductory needs analysis / discovery
meeting utilizing a consultative sales approach.
- Have knowledge of telecom equipment and applications, strong solution selling skills
and a documented record of sales achievements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
